44 way connector (female) to 40 way connector (male) + 4 way power connector (male)

The adaptor will allow a 2.5" drive (44 way connector) to be connected into a standard 40 way IDE cable, with the extra 4 way connector plugging into a standard hard drive power connector.

The most common use is to connect up a laptop's hard drive to a standard desktop computer in place of a normal 3.5" IDE drive.
