Placing your order
All Customers
Placing an order
- We are able to take orders by phone, email, post or online using a secure payment method. There is a £3 admin charge for all orders below £40. Official orders are welcome, however a minimum invoice/Pro Forma value of £20 applies. All orders less than the minimum invoice value will attract a £20 administration charge. Please ensure that you quote your full address including post code and telephone number. Many items are normally in stock and are shipped within 2-3 days and often same day, some items may take longer but will be within 28 days. If delivery looks like it may be longer than 28 days we will contact you. If your order is urgent please phone us to get a more accurate shipment date for any particular product. Prices are subject to change without notice, E & OE.
Credit / Debit / Switch Cards
- We are able to accept payment by: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Delta or Maestro.

For new customers wishing to pay by credit or debit card, for security purposes we adopt an identity/address validation procedure (this may take a few days). If this is unsuccessful then we may still process the order if payment is made by bank transfer or cheque drawn in pounds sterling drawn on a UK bank account. Please note that we normally only ship to the registered card holder’s address.
Cheque
- We are still able to accept cheques but the proportionately extra administration and costs for the small number of cheques we now get means we have to make a £3.00 charge towards the bank and administration costs.
- Cheques should be made payable to CJE Micro’s except where the goods are sold by 4D (Items marked with § ) where cheques should be made payable to 4D.
- For new customers who pay by cheque, we may wait until your cheque clears before shipping the goods to you.
PayPal
- We are able to accept payment by PayPal for existing customers only. If you wish to pay by Paypal please contact us first to check availability of the items you want and to gain authorization. Please remember orders below £40 attract a £3 admin charge which should be added before making your PayPal payment.
