Adaptor for some printers, 36way female Amphenol (Centronics) to 36 way Half pitch Amphenol (centronics).
The half pitch connector is used on some HP and all-in-ones including HP LaserJet 1100, 3100, 3150, 3200, 8000, 8100, 8150 & Series 5 printers, also some HP 'all-in-ones' including R40, R60, R80 and PSC500. Also used on some other brands of printer.
This removes the requirement for a special cable and allows the printer to be connected to a USB port on a computer with addition of a USB to Parallel Printer Adaptor with Cable, our stock code: VAR-USBPARALLEL
It also allows the printer to be connected to a computer's standard parallel port when used in conjunction with a standard 25way D type to 36way Amphenol cable, our stock code for which is: CAB-PRNT1_8
This item may be supplied as a short (0.5m) cable or a solid adaptor, the functionality of both is the same.
