The unique feature of this calculator is that it operates in what is known as Reverse Polish notation, invented by a Polish gentleman with an unpronounceable name (Lukasiewicz). His name may be all but forgotten, but his method lives on in the heart of many computer programs. Indeed, the Forth programming language is based upon his system.
