Worried that the SD card or its holder could be damaged because it sticks out? This adaptor sticks out of the Pi by 8.5mm compared to 17mm for a standard SD Card. On certain cases, this would mean that the card would only stick out beyond the case by 5.5mm instead of 14mm for a standard card.
