Pocket Reader
The Pocket Reader is a new piece of hardware available for the RISC OS platform. It allows the scanning and instant OCRing of text documents which can then be transferred to your RISC OS computer via the supplied cable and software.

Memory
The memory on the Pocket Reader is permanent so there is no need to have a memory backup battery. When the batteries go flat just remove and replace and your scanned text will still be in place.
